Develop the Food Based Dietary Guidelines, Food Guide and Nutrition Education Strategy for Sierra Leone (50% of my time over the course of a year).

Preparation of material and running provincial training workshops on Food Based Dietary Guidelines (National Department of Health).

Development and implementation of a PR strategy for the Association for Dietetics in South Africa.

Survey of all nutrition education material in Mozambique for FANTA II.
